The Life and Music of Elvin Johns, part 4

Elvin and I are proud to bring you part 4 of ‘The Life and Music of Elvin Johns’, featuring the fourth part of his autobiography and his interpretation of the song “Jambalaya (On the Bayou)”. The original was written and recorded by American country music singer Hank Williams and first released in July 1952. It was named for a Creole and Cajun dish, Jambalaya, consisting of meat and vegetables mixed with rice. Tasty!
